Dear Colleague,
I would be delighted if you could join us for the Annual Dinner of the Cheltenham & Gloucester Insurance Institute, which is to be held on Friday 11th April at Cheltenham Racecourse, Gold Cup Suite. The reception will be at 6.45pm with dinner being served at 7.30pm. Dress code will be Black Tie for men and Evening Dress for ladies. Tickets, this year, will be £46 per person.
Wine is not included in the price but can be ordered separately. A full wine list will be provided but ALL orders and payments should be placed directly with the venue this year. Private reception rooms are also available, including a private bottle bar, at £50 per room. These will be situated in the Foxhunter suite.
Sponsorship opportunities are available, if you would like to consider this please contact me separately and we can discuss possibilities.
I very much hope that you and your colleagues can join us for what promises to be a very entertaining evening. Bookings will be taken for tables of 10 at £460 per table. In view of the limited tables available bookings will only be accepted with full payment, either by cheque payable to Insurance Institute of Cheltenham & Gloucester or, preferably, by BACS transfer to our account.
Please could you let me have your reply as soon as possible but not later than 15th February 2008.
